岗位职责
Data Management: Organize, manage, and update company databases and systems, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
Documentation: Prepare, maintain, and update various reports, documentation, and records.
System Support: Assist in the maintenance and troubleshooting of back-end systems, including software and databases.
Process Improvement: Identify and implement improvements in administrative processes to increase efficiency.
Communication: Coordinate with different departments to ensure seamless operations and support team members with administrative tasks.
Customer Support: Handle customer inquiries and support tickets related to back-end systems.
Compliance: Ensure all administrative processes comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Inventory Management: Monitor and manage office supplies, equipment, and software licenses.
Scheduling: Assist in organizing and scheduling meetings, appointments, and events.
General Administrative Duties: Perform other administrative tasks as required to support the team and the organization.
