Requirements

- 至少1年呼叫中心工作经验，处理呼入/呼出电话。
- 候选人至少拥有SPM或以上学历。
- 欢迎应届毕业生申请。
- 良好的问题解决能力和应变能力。
- 优秀的人际交往能力和沟通能力。
- 能够同时处理多项任务。
- 熟练使用Microsoft Outlook、Excel、PowerPoint和Word。
- 良好的沟通能力。
- 可立即开始工作者优先。
- 能够在雪兰莪州八打灵再也工作。
Responsibilities
- 按照分配，处理所有呼入电话并进行呼出电话。
- 确保对所有客户的咨询、调查和反馈进行完整的跟进。
- 参与客户满意度提升和通话质量改进活动。
- 根据分配，协助客户服务团队主管/高级主管处理呼叫中心行政任务。
- 通过积极提出业务改进建议来支持呼叫中心。
- 参加部门和公司组织的培训、会议和活动（如果需要）。
