Responsibilities
Job Scope:
1. Inventory Management:
o Oversee stock levels, ensuring accurate tracking of inventory in and out.
o Conduct regular stock checks and maintain detailed records.
o Maintain accurate transaction records.
2. Logistics Arrangement:
o Coordinate deliveries through platforms like postage, Lalamove, and similar services.
o Arrange meet ups or cash on delivery (COD) for customer convenience.
o Ensure timely and efficient delivery of products.
3. Packing:
o Prepare parcels for delivery, ensuring all items are correctly packed and labelled.
4. Customer Engagement & Support:
o Respond to customer inquiries and feedback promptly, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
o Handle post-sales follow-ups, including tracking and resolving any issues with orders.
