任职资格
· Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent. Candidates with professional accounting qualifications such as ACCA, CPA, or ICAEW is a plus
· Minimum 6 years of relevant working experience in accounting. Exposure to the construction or property development industry will be considered an added value.
· Good knowledge of project accounting, SST, and Malaysian financial reporting standards.
· Proficient in accounting software (AutoCount).
· Strong leadership and communication skills.
· Familiarity with e-invoicing (LHDN MyInvois) system.
岗位职责
Accounting & Financial Operations
· Manage and oversee full set of accounts (GL, AP, AR, FA, bank reconciliation).
· Ensure timely and accurate monthly/quarterly closing, journal entries, and financial reporting.
· Monitor project costing, site claims, retention sum, and progress billing.
· Review and verify payment vouchers, supplier invoices, subcontractor claims and backcharges.
· Monitor and ensure proper issuance and submission of e-invoices via LHDN’s MyInvois system in compliance with SST and tax regulations.
· Handle SST compliance and liaise with tax agents and auditors.
Project & Budget Management
· Work closely with project and QS teams to monitor project budgets, cash flows, and certifications.
· Track revenue recognition and costing by project in alignment with construction milestones.
· Assist in preparing forecasts, variance analysis, and project profitability reporting.
Team Leadership
· Supervise and support the accounts team to ensure day-to-day operations are efficient and compliant.
· Provide guidance to junior team members.
Liaison & Reporting
· Liaise with bankers, auditors, tax consultants and company secretary.
· Assist in preparing financial info for banking facilities, tenders, and management reports.
· Support in audit, tax filing, and statutory compliance.
