Job Summary

The Sales & Marketing Executive is responsible for promoting the company's property development projects, generating sales opportunities, maintaining strong customer relationships, and supporting marketing initiatives to achieve the company's business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and market the company's residential, commercial and mixed development projects.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities to achieve the company's sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, agents and business partners.
• Conduct property presentations, site visits and project briefings for prospective purchasers.
• Follow up with customers and provide professional advice throughout the sales process.
• Assist purchasers with booking, financing documentation, Sale and Purchase Agreement (SPA) and handover process.
• Plan and participate in property launches, exhibitions, roadshows and promotional activities.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer feedback.
• Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate customer records.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth sales transactions and excellent customer service.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and statutory requirements.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Management from time to time.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Real Estate or a related discipline.
• Minimum three (3) years of relevant working experience, preferably in the property development or real estate industry.
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Customer-oriented with excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Good team player with the ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Good command of Bahasa Malaysia and English, both written and spoken.
• Possess a valid driving licence and own transportation.
• Willing to travel and work on weekends or public holidays when required.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
