GENERAL JOB BRIEF

Under general supervision, this position is responsible to perform reconditioning of machine (unit/parts related only).

This technician follows through on set processes and ensure adherence to best production practices and product quality standards.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

1.     Perform reconditioning processes of machine (unit/parts) according to SOP.

2.     Perform regular reporting to QC Supervisor specific information related to unit/parts of machine.

3.     Report results, issues and roadblocks to Quality Supervisor.

4.     Convey any spare parts issues to QC Supervisor for review and resolution.

5.     Report QC Supervisor of spare parts observations and analytical results while analyzing or sample handling.

6.     Dismantle & reassemble of machine and perform parts replacement.

7.     Troubleshoot print / scanning failures at the machine level.

8.     To run machines to test parts functioning.

9.     To troubleshoot equipment and identifying malfunctions cause.

10.  To assist in unloading shipments to the store, factory or warehouse.

11.  Ensure that the store is kept clean and organized.

12.  Manage tool kit, suppliers and accurate inventory.

13.  Ensuring adherence to laws, regulations, and policies.

14.  To work in collaboration with operations / and functional areas to ensure day to day activities and any other assigned tasks are completed effectively and efficiently.

15.  Adhere to health & safety requirements through to maintaining a safe and clean working environment
