Job Description

• Attend to customer enquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and walk-in.

• Recommend suitable kitchenware and tableware products.

• Process sales orders and maintain customer relationships.

• Prepare quotations, follow up with customers, and close sales.

• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics to ensure timely delivery.

• Maintain product displays, replenish stock, and collect market feedback.
