Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.

Able to communicate Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia

Good communication skills and Strong problem-solving skills.

Applicants must be willing to work in Iskandar Puteri, Johor, Malaysia.

Provide system support and to maintain POS system, e-commerce, In-House and third-party developed Applications.

Provide PC support and maintenance, including printer installation with desktop software applications installation.

Assist with managing projects, ensuring they are completed on time, meet user requirement and within budget

Identify business and end user needs and bridge where relevant with the system and available technologies and applications including POS system.

Handle application support incident, system Change Management, performs trouble shooting, identifies root cause and follow up on problem resolution until completion.

Ensure the quality and reliability of system by conducting testing, reviewing, and implementing best practices.

Assist in CCTV cameras, POS terminal installation and maintenance. Research, propose solution or system enhancement plan and provide advice for IT purchase.

To evaluate workflow and simplify the work processes around utilization of computerized applications to maximize business efficiency and effectiveness.

Development and maintenance of data processing, data analysis and information technology applications with the aid of reporting tools

Monitor and assure that uniform data definition is used consistently in databases throughout the organization.

Liaison between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and understanding of project goals.

Monitor the development process, perform database administration & maintenance, evaluate compliance and take action to ensure accuracy, integrity, confidentiality and security of enterprise, facility and departmental databases.

Develop and oversee the development of system documentation, procedures, and user manuals for system and computer applications
