Requirements
- 至少拥有 会计、金融、工商管理 或相关领域的 学士学位/大专文凭
- 至少 1-2 年 会计及行政相关工作经验
- 具备 良好的普通话沟通能力
- 熟练使用 会计软件 及 Microsoft Excel
- 具备 积极主动 的工作态度，并对工作 充满责任感
- 具有良好的 职业道德、自律性，并且敬业负责
- 具备 较强的组织能力，注重 细节
- 能够 同时处理多项任务，并在 压力下按时完成工作
- 能立即上班或短期内入职者优先
Responsibilities
- 处理 全盘账务，包括 应收账款（AR）、应付账款（AP）、总账（G/L）
- 进行 银行对账、每月财务分析、支票开具、日常收款
- 按时提交 管理报告，更新 每月账龄报告
- 在上级需要时提供 协助
- 负责 日常会计记录及文件整理
- 处理日常会计事务，如 开具发票、应收/应付款管理、银行对账
- 协助 财务报告、预算编制及现金流管理
- 维护 准确的会计及行政文件记录
- 与 审计师、税务顾问、供应商及其他相关方 进行协调沟通
- 确保 财务政策、程序及法定要求 的合规性
- 处理与 会计业务相关的行政事务
