Technical Knowledge: A strong understanding of automotive systems, diagnostics, and repair processes.
Skills: Excellent leadership, organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Software: Proficiency with automotive service management software, inventory tools, and diagnostic systems
岗位职责
Team Leadership: Recruit, train, schedule, and mentor service advisors and technicians.
Customer Relations: Handle customer inquiries, explain inspection findings, and resolve complaints to maintain high retention and satisfaction.
Operational Efficiency: Supervise the workflow of vehicles in the workshop to ensure timely and high-quality repairs.
Financial Management: Meet sales and profit objectives, set department budgets, and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
Compliance & Safety: Ensure the facility complies with safety, health, and environmental regulations, as well as manufacturer warranty guidelines
