• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.

• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin will be an added advantage.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).

• Detail-oriented, responsible, and willing to learn.

• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.

• Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates.

• Assist in preparing onboarding documents.

• Support new employee orientation and induction.

• Update HR trackers and reports.

• Assist in compiling recruitment and HR statistics.

• Support ad-hoc HR administrative tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Working Hours:

• 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
