CEP Industries Sdn Bhd is seeking an Operation & Admin Executive to join our team in Ipoh, Perak on a full-time basis. This is a pivotal role within our administrative and operational framework, responsible for ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations and providing essential support across multiple departments. The Operation & Admin Executive will be instrumental in maintaining organisational efficiency, managing administrative processes, and supporting senior management in achieving our business objectives. This role offers the opportunity to develop a comprehensive understanding of our operations whilst contributing directly to the success of the organisation.
Key responsibilities
1. Manage and coordinate daily administrative operations, including scheduling, correspondence, and documentation
2. Provide comprehensive administrative support to management and departmental teams
3. Maintain and organise filing systems, records, and databases to ensure information is easily accessible
4. Process delivery orders, invoices, purchase orders
5. Communicate with external parties including vendors, clients, and service providers
6. Assist with operational procedures and process improvements to enhance efficiency
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
