Minimum SPM, Certificate, or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Experience in import shipping or logistics will be an added advantage.
Basic understanding of import documentation and shipping procedures.
Computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
Responsible, organized, and detail-oriented.
岗位职责
Prepare and process import shipping documents, including Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading (B/L), Certificate of Origin (COO), and other required documents.
Coordinate with overseas suppliers, freight forwarders, shipping agents, and transporters regarding import shipments.
Monitor shipment schedules and provide updates on shipment arrivals.
Ensure all import documents are complete and submitted on time for customs clearance.
Liaise with customs agents and forwarding agents to facilitate smooth clearance of imported goods.
Verify import documents against Purchase Orders (PO) and supplier invoices.
Follow up on shipment delays, document discrepancies, and resolve issues with the relevant parties.
Maintain accurate records and filing of import documents.
Coordinate with the Warehouse team to ensure imported goods are received and recorded properly.
Assist in preparing reports related to import shipments when required.
Ensure compliance with company procedures and import regulations.
Perform any other duties assigned by the immediate superior.
