Minimum SPM qualification.
Able to communicate fluently in Mandarin, Cantonese, and English.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, especially over the phone.
Detail-oriented with strong documentation and administrative skills.
Comfortable making outbound calls and handling follow-ups.
岗位职责
Conduct professional outbound communications with external parties to obtain and validate required information.
Handle information verification and administrative support processes in accordance with established procedures.
Gather, review, and maintain accurate records and documentation.
Follow up on pending cases and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
Update case statuses and maintain data accuracy within internal systems.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders regarding case progress and requirements.
Ensure all information is handled with a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.
Prepare reports and supporting documentation in line with operational guidelines.
Perform administrative and customer support-related duties as assigned.
