Strong understanding of CNC operations, programming, and troubleshooting.

Skilled in reading technical drawings and blueprints.

Knowledge of measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.).

Detail-oriented, problem-solving mindset, able to work independently or in a team.

Safety-conscious and familiar with machining best practices.

CNC or technical certifications are a plus.

Set up and operate CNC Milling, Turning, and other machines.

Ensure all parts meet strict quality standards and client specifications.

Perform machine calibration, routine maintenance, and tool changes.

Monitor operations, troubleshoot issues, and prevent defects.

Maintain tools, measuring instruments, and a safe, organized workspace.

Collaborate with the production team to meet daily targets.
