Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, E-Commerce, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or online retail, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role.
Proven experience managing major e-commerce platforms such as Shopee, TikTok Shop, Lazada, Shopify, and Meta Ads.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, CRM, social media, influencer/KOL marketing, affiliate marketing, and live commerce.
Commercially driven with strong business acumen and a results-oriented mindset.

Own and drive e-commerce revenue, profitability, budgeting, sales forecasting, and digital growth strategies to achieve business objectives.
Manage and optimize digital sales channels including Shopee, TikTok Shop, Lazada, Shopify, Meta, and other online platforms to maximize performance and ROI.
Develop and execute pricing, promotional, campaign, and bundling strategies while ensuring healthy channel management.
Lead digital marketing initiatives including social media, SEO, CRM, influencer/KOL campaigns, TikTok affiliates, live commerce, and brand-building activities to enhance customer acquisition and retention.
Lead, coach, and develop the E-Commerce and Social Media team, setting KPIs, monitoring performance, and driving continuous improvement.
Monitor and analyze key business metrics, including sales performance, profitability, platform performance, and customer retention, providing regular reports to management.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Management to deliver business goals and ensure seamless execution.
