Minimum Diploma or equivalent qualification

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

Experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or shipping industry will be an added advantage

Good communication and negotiation skills

Proficient in English and Mandarin will be an added advantage

Possess own transport and willing to travel for client visits

Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently

Identify and develop new business opportunities for logistics and shipping services

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients

Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow up with customers on sales inquiries

Understand customer requirements and provide suitable logistics solutions

Coordinate closely with operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth service delivery

Conduct market research and monitor industry trends and competitor activities

Achieve monthly sales targets and KPI set by the company

Attend meetings, networking events, and business discussions with clients

Prepare sales reports and update customer records regularly

Handle customer feedback and provide after-sales support
