Minimum Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Experience in freight forwarding or shipping is an advantage.

Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an added advantage.

Basic knowledge of sea freight export procedures is preferred.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Responsible, organized, and able to work under pressure.

Coordinate daily sea export shipments from booking to final delivery.

Prepare and verify shipping documents, including Bill of Lading, commercial invoices, packing lists, and export declarations.

Liaise with customers, shipping lines, freight forwarders, transport providers, and international agents.

Monitor shipment schedules and provide timely updates to customers.

Ensure compliance with shipping regulations and company procedures.

Maintain accurate shipment records and documentation.

Resolve shipment issues and support customers with export-related inquiries.

Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by the supervisor.
