任职资格
- Minimum Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in air freight import/export or freight forwarding is preferred.
- Fresh graduates with relevant qualifications are welcome to apply.
- Knowledge of air freight documentation and customs procedures is an advantage.
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an added advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Able to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
岗位职责
- Coordinate air import and export shipments from booking to delivery.
- Prepare and process shipping documentation, including Air Waybills (AWB), customs declarations, invoices, and other related documents.
- Liaise with airlines, customs brokers, transport providers, overseas agents, and customers.
- Monitor shipment progress and provide regular status updates.
- Ensure compliance with customs regulations and international shipping requirements.
- Resolve shipment discrepancies and operational issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of all shipments.
- Support customers with inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
