• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, Digital Marketing, Mass Communication, Media, Information Systems, Computer Science, or other related disciplines.

• Internship placement required by your university or college.

• Good communication skills in English, Bahasa and Chinese.

• Responsible, proactive, and willing to learn.

• Interest in e-commerce, retail, digital marketing, or business operations.

During your internship, you will gain practical exposure to the daily operations of an e-commerce business, including:

• Assisting with customer service workflows (non-sales)

• Learning and operating our e-commerce ERP and backend management system

• Supporting order processing and operational coordination

• Assisting the marketing team with social media scheduling

• Coordinating PR activities and influencer collaborations

• Assisting with product photoshoots and short-form video editing

• Supporting digital marketing campaigns and content creation

• Working alongside Operations, Customer Service, Marketing, and E-commerce teams

Your internship responsibilities will be assigned based on your university major, skills, and learning objectives, allowing you to gain meaningful experience in the area most relevant to your studies.
