Handling company administration and payroll service
Handle daily office administrative tasks and documentation
Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and leave records
Support payroll preparation and HR-related filing
Prepare letters, forms, reports, and other admin documents when required
Coordinate with internal teams and assist in general office operations
Ensure company documents and records are properly arranged and updated
