KLGreens Malaysian Training Hub is expanding its sales team to drive growth across our B2B training and professional development portfolio. We're looking for driven individuals who thrive on new business hunting and relationship-building — fresh graduates welcome, but you'll be trained to sell like a pro.
Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field (fresh graduates encouraged to apply)
0–2 years in sales, B2B business development, or client-facing roles — training/education industry exposure is an advantage
Hands-on familiarity with CRM tools (Pipedrive, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) — you'll be expected to manage your pipeline daily, not just take notes
Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (written and spoken)
Resilient and target-driven — comfortable with cold outreach, follow-ups, and handling rejection
Willing to work in-office at Kelana Jaya, Monday–Friday, 9am–6pm
岗位职责
Identify, prospect, and secure new B2B clients through cold calling, email outreach, and networking
Own the full sales cycle — lead qualification, pitching, negotiation, and closing
Build long-term client relationships to drive repeat bookings and referrals
Present KLGreens' training programs clearly, matching solutions to client HR/L&D needs
Maintain accurate, real-time pipeline and client records in CRM
Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets
Work closely with the other team to ensure high standard program delivery.
