Requirements
Minimum Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field.
1–3 years of administrative or related working experience.
Experience in a Company Secretary Firm is highly preferred.
Experience dealing with banking matters is an added advantage (bank account opening, bank submission, etc.).
Familiar with SSM filings and corporate secretarial processes.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
Able to communicate in Mandarin and English is an advantage.
Responsibilities
Assist in company incorporation, statutory filings, and corporate secretarial matters.
Liaise with SSM, banks, and other authorities for document submission and follow-ups.
Assist in handling banking-related matters such as account opening, document submission, and bank correspondence.
Maintain statutory records, client files, and company documentation.
Support and assist senior employee in daily company secretarial and administrative operations.
