任职资格

Good communication and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Mandarin is an added advantage for liaising with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.
Bachelor's Degree, Professional Degree, or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Professional qualifications such as ACCA, CPA, CIMA, or MIA membership are an added advantage.
Minimum 3 years of relevant accounting experience.
Candidates with experience in the Multi-Level Marketing (MLM) industry are highly preferred.
Experience in handling accounting functions for direct selling or MLM businesses, including commissions, incentives, and member-related financial transactions, is an added advantage.
Knowledge of Malaysian Financial Reporting Standards (MFRS), taxation, and statutory requirements.
Proficient in accounting software (e.g., SQL Accounting, AutoCount, UBS, SAP) and Microsoft Excel.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Able to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.

岗位职责

Prepare and maintain full sets of accounts in accordance with accounting standards.
Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
Ensure timely month-end and year-end closing processes.
Prepare and submit tax-related documents, including SST (if applicable), corporate tax schedules, and liaise with external tax agents.
Manage cash flow, budgeting, and financial forecasting.
Assist with external and internal audits by preparing supporting documents.
Ensure compliance with Malaysian Financial Reporting Standards (MFRS), company policies, and statutory requirements.
Monitor financial transactions and identify discrepancies for corrective action.
Liaise with banks, auditors, company secretaries, and government authorities when required.
Support management with financial analysis and recommendations to improve business performance.
Perform other accounting and finance-related duties as assigned.
