SPM/O-Level with 3–4 years’ experience in retail, financial services, or Diploma/Bachelor’s with supervisory experience
Knowledge of gold/diamond valuation and branch procedures is a plus
Proficient in Microsoft Office; strong numerical and communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia & English
Leadership, problem-solving, and customer service skills
Proven ability to drive sales and manage branch profitability.
A team player with high integrity, detail-oriented, and customer-focused.
Willing to work retail hours, weekends, and public holidays.
Must have full working rights in Malaysia.
岗位职责
Oversee daily branch operations: cash handling, and security procedures
Check transactions, reconciliations, and stock takes for gold & diamond items
Support sales, promotions, and track branch performance
Supervise and mentor staff, monitor performance, and provide training
Build strong relationships with customers and handle complaints professionally
