Requirements

- 熟悉生产计划流程和相关工具。
- 具备良好的沟通协调能力和问题解决能力。
- 能够熟练使用办公软件，如Excel、Word等。
- 具备一定的分析能力，能够处理和分析生产数据。
- 有制造业，特别是客车制造行业经验者优先。
Responsibilities
- 制定和优化生产计划，确保按时按量完成生产目标。
- 协调生产部门、采购部门和销售部门之间的沟通，确保物料供应和生产进度的顺畅。
- 监控生产过程，识别潜在的瓶颈和风险，并提出解决方案。
- 管理和维护生产计划系统，确保数据的准确性和及时性。
- 分析生产数据，评估生产效率，并提出改进建议。
- 参与新产品导入的生产计划制定和协调工作。
- 定期向管理层汇报生产计划的执行情况和相关数据。
