・Minimum 3 years experience as Store Manager in retail
・Experience in merchandising / layout change / stock control
・Proven record of sales growth or store performance improvement
岗位职责
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales & Store Performance
-Drive store sales and achieve monthly targets
-Improve store performance through layout, merchandising, and stock control
-Monitor KPIs such as sales, productivity, and stock movement
2. Store Operations
- Execute and improve daily store operations
- Optimize sales floor layout to maximize customer flow and conversion
- Ensure fast stock turnover and strong product presentation
3. Team Management
- Lead, train, and develop store staff
- Build a stable team with clear roles and accountability
- Reduce staff turnover and improve team performance
4. Execution & Problem Solving
- Identify issues in store performance and take action
- Implement improvements and track results
- Work closely with Area Manager on store strategy
