Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Automotive Engineering or related field.
4 to 6 years in automotive parts operations, with at least 3 years in managerial roles.
Experience in CKD project setup is an advantage.
Strong coordination, negotiation and communication skills
Strategic inventory planning and forecasting.
Possess a strong financial acumen and cost control mindset.
Ability to work in fast-growing, performance-driven environment.
Added Advantage
Mandarin speaking ability (for HQ coordination).
Experience in start-up automotive brand setup in Malaysia.
Exposure to EV parts ecosystem (battery, high-voltage components).
岗位职责
Position Overview:
This role focuses on building a strong genuine parts ecosystem, ensuring parts availability, improving dealer network capability, managing CKD/CBU supply coordination, and driving sustainable aftersales profitability while supporting rapid brand expansion.
Key Responsibilities
1. National Parts Strategy & Brand Establishment
Develop and execute national parts business strategy aligned with Principal and Malaysia market plan.
Drive genuine parts penetration and reduce grey/parallel parts usage.
Support new dealer network expansion with structured parts programs.
Establish localized parts policies, pricing structures, and SOPs.
2. Supply Chain & China HQ Coordination
Coordinate closely with the Principal for parts ordering, shipment, and allocation.
Monitor lead time from China and optimize safety stock planning.
Manage CKD and CBU parts requirements (service parts & campaign parts).
Resolve back-order issues and urgent shipment escalation.
3. Inventory & Warehouse Management
Set up and manage national parts warehouse operations.
Control stock aging, slow-moving parts, and obsolescence.
Monitor fill rate, stock turnover, and inventory health.
Implement DMS/ERP integration for visibility across dealer network.
4. Dealer Network Performance Management
Monitor dealer parts sales, stock levels, and compliance with OEM standards.
Conduct dealer audits and performance reviews.
Provide parts business coaching to dealer parts managers.
Implement incentive schemes and genuine parts campaigns.
5. Financial & Pricing Management
Develop competitive pricing strategy balancing cost control and market acceptance.
Monitor gross margin, discount structures, and rebate programs.
Prepare annual budget, forecasting, and business review reports.
Ensure cost-efficient logistics and freight management.
6. Aftersales & Customer Experience Support
Ensure parts availability to support service KPI and customer satisfaction.
Support warranty parts claims and technical campaigns.
Collaborate with Service Department to reduce vehicle downtime.
7. Compliance & Governance
Ensure adherence to Malaysian regulatory requirements.
Maintain documentation standards in line with HQ policy.
Prepare for internal and external audits.
