任职资格
- Diploma/Degree In Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Responsible, trustworthy, and committed to work
- Detail-oriented with good accuracy in checking documents and figures
- Good command of English (written and spoken), as the role requires reading, writing, and responding to emails with overseas suppliers
- Good communication skills and able to follow up with foreign vendor professionally
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, computer skills, and accounting systems
- Able to work independently and meet deadlines
岗位职责
- Handle daily foreign supplier Account Payable (AP) transaction
- Verify supplier invoices and supporting documents
- Prepare payment schedules and process foreign currency payments
- Perform supplier statement reconciliation
- Liaise with overseas suppliers regarding invoices and payment via by email
- Maintain proper accounting records and filing
- Assist with general administrative duties and other ad hoc assignments
