Minimum 2 years of site supervision experience

Good coordination, communication and leadership skills

Responsible, proactive and able to work independently

Willing to travel to various project sites as required

Experience in construction, renovation or interior fit-out industry is an added advantage

Supervise daily site activities and manage on-site workers

Ensure work is carried out in accordance with drawings, specifications and project schedule

Monitor and enforce site safety compliance and quality control standards

Coordinate with contractors, suppliers and designers to ensure smooth project execution

Report site progress, issues and updates to management regularly
