· Prospecting & Lead Generation: Generate your own leads through a combination of methods, which may include door-to-door canvassing, attending community events, networking, referrals, and following up on company-provided leads.
· Consultative Sales Presentations: Conduct in-home or virtual consultations to perform site assessments, understand the homeowner's energy needs, and build rapport.
· System Design & Proposal Creation: Utilize our proprietary software to design customized solar energy systems and prepare detailed, accurate proposals and quotes.
· Closing Deals: Guide homeowners through the decision-making process, overcome objections, and confidently close sales to meet and exceed monthly quotas.
· Customer Relationship Management: Maintain excellent post-sale communication with customers to ensure a smooth transition to our design and installation teams, fostering satisfaction and generating referrals.
· Market Expertise: Maintain an expert-level understanding of solar technology, financing options (loans, leases, PPAs), federal/state incentives, and local utility policies.
· Pipeline Management: Diligently manage your sales pipeline and customer interactions.
· Reporting: Prepare and present regular sales performance reports to the head of department.
岗位职责
· Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in sales within a Malaysia-based EPCC Solar company. Strong understanding of the Malaysian solar energy market and EPCC project cycle.
· Driven & Money-Motivated: A strong desire to succeed and earn uncapped income. You are resilient, goal-oriented, and thrive in a competitive environment.
· Exceptional Communicator: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills. You can explain complex concepts in simple, relatable terms.
· Personable & Trustworthy: Ability to quickly build rapport and establish trust with a diverse range of homeowners. You are genuine, professional, and ethical.
· Organized & Self-Motivated: Excellent time management and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule effectively.
· Able to travel for client meetings and business development purposes.
· High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
