Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Customer Service, or related fields.

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Positive attitude, responsible, and willing to learn.

Able to communicate in English and Mandarin. Bahasa Malaysia is an added advantage.

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Manage and follow up with assigned customer accounts.

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.

Attend product training sessions and continuously improve product knowledge.

Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer enquiries promptly.

Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing and after-sales support.

Assist customers in understanding product features and recommending suitable solutions.

Prepare quotations, follow up on orders, and monitor delivery status.

Maintain accurate customer records and prepare basic reports.

Support sales and marketing activities whenever required.
