Job Description

Requirements

  • 会计文凭或同等学历

  • 1-3年工作经验（优先考虑货运代理行业）

  • 熟悉货运代理账单者优先

  • 熟悉会计软件（SQL / Autocount）

  • 注重细节，能够按时完成工作

  • 能够与内部团队（运营、客户服务）沟通

  • 熟悉SST和电子发票者优先

  • 优先考虑会说普通话者

Responsibilities

  • 处理应付账款和应收账款

  • 开具装运发票

  • 核实供应商发票（船运公司、运输商等）

  • 监控收款并跟进客户

  • 进行银行对账并协助月度结账

  • 就账单事宜与运营团队沟通
