• Having a strong sales orientation and relationship-building skills.

• Collaborate with clients to understand their organizational goals, competencies gaps, and training needs through business development discussions, focus groups, and pre-training assessments.

• Provide strategic consultation and propose customized learning journeys tailored to address client needs and deliver measurable outcomes.

• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, fostering long-term partnerships and promoting repeat business.

Training Program Development G Delivery

• Plan, design, and oversee the development of training programs, ensuring alignment with client expectations and company standards.

• Coordinate with internal teams and trainers (locally and across ASEAN) to ensure effective delivery and localization of programs where needed.

• Facilitate post-training engagement through coaching or consulting to help participants apply learning in the workplace.

Sales G Project Management

• Generate and qualify leads through outbound efforts and referrals.

• Manage sales pipeline effectively to meet or exceed individual annual sales targets.

• Oversee end-to-end project delivery — from proposal, execution, to follow-up — in alignment with internal processes and quality benchmarks.

Stakeholder G Regional Collaboration

• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across functions and regions.

• Collaborate with ASEAN-based teams and trainers for regional programs and cross-border engagements.
