任职资格
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Project Management, Business Management, or a related field.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Candidates with experience in the real estate industry will have an added advantage.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment particularly during project launches and peak sales periods.
Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
岗位职责
Provide administrative and coordination support for real estate projects and daily operations.
Liaise with property agents, developers, and internal teams to ensure smooth communication and follow-up.
Prepare sales reports and other documents required by management.
Respond to project-related inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Assist in coordinating project launches, training sessions, meetings, and company events.
Support the arrangement of property viewings, sales activities, and other project-related tasks.
Maintain accurate records and assist with general office administration.
Perform other administrative and ad hoc duties as assigned.
