Job Title: Site Safety Supervisor cum Site Supervisor

Job Description:

We are seeking a responsible and experienced Site Safety Supervisor cum Site Supervisor to oversee daily site operations while ensuring compliance with safety regulations and project requirements. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe working environment, supervising site activities, coordinating with subcontractors, and ensuring works are completed according to specifications, quality standards, and project schedules.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and enforce site safety procedures in accordance with OSHA requirements, CIDB guidelines, and company safety policies.
• Conduct daily site safety inspections, toolbox meetings, and safety briefings for workers.
• Maintain safety records, reports, permits, and documentation required for site compliance.
• Supervise daily construction activities and ensure works are carried out according to drawings, specifications, and approved methods.
• Coordinate and monitor subcontractors, workers, and site activities to ensure smooth project progress.
• Inspect workmanship and materials to ensure compliance with project quality requirements.
• Monitor project progress and report any issues, delays, or site constraints to the management team.
• Ensure proper housekeeping and site organization is maintained at all times.

Requirements:

• Posses Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering (Yellow Book certificate holders are encouraged to apply)
• Minimum 2-5 years of experience in construction site supervision and safety management.
• Able to read and understand construction drawings.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and manage site responsibilities effectively.
• Willing to work at project sites as required.

Employment Type: Contract for 1 year (renewal every year based on performance)
Location: Across Ipoh, Perak.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
