• Minimum SPM or equivalent

• Good communication skills in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.(will be preferred)

• At least 1 year of customer service experience is preferred

• Fresh graduates are welcome (training will be provided)

• Able to handle pressure and solve problems

• Responsible and willing to learn

• Answer customer questions through phone calls, emails, and chat in a friendly and timely manner

• Provide clear information about products, services, and company policies

• Help customers solve basic technical and service-related issues

• Meet response time and service quality standards

• Work with other teams to handle and escalate more complex customer issues when needed

• Support Cantonese-speaking customers and ensure a positive customer experience
