Job Description

Requirements

  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with company goals and Malaysian labor laws.

  • Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding for approximately 100 employees.

  • Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitive and equitable practices.

  • Oversee employee relations, addressing grievances, and fostering a positive work environment.

  • Ensure compliance with all relevant employment legislation and regulations in Malaysia.

  • Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data.

  • Support management in developing and executing HR strategies that contribute to business objectives.

  • Assist in the development and delivery of training programs to enhance employee skills and development.

  • Handle payroll processing and related statutory contributions (e.g., EPF, SOCSO, EIS).

  • Conduct HR audits and recommend improvements to HR processes and systems.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures in compliance with Malaysian labor laws and company guidelines.

  • Oversee the entire recruitment process from job posting and candidate sourcing to interviewing, selection, and offer negotiation.

  • Manage employee data, maintain accurate HR records, and ensure compliance with data privacy regulations.

  • Coordinate and administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, leave management, and other statutory benefits.

  • Provide guidance and support to employees and management on HR-related matters, fostering a positive and productive work environment.

  • Assist in the development and execution of employee engagement initiatives and training programs.

  • Handle employee grievances and disciplinary actions in a fair and consistent manner.

  • Support payroll processing and ensure accurate and timely disbursement of salaries and wages.

  • Contribute to HR projects and initiatives aimed at improving HR processes and employee experience.
