POSITION - ACCOUNTS AND ADMIN EXECUTIVE
LOCATION - KLANG JAYA, KLANG
SALARY - RM *************
Key Responsibilities (Account & Admin Executive)
Accounting Functions
• Handle full set of accounts including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger (GL)
• Prepare and process invoices, payments, and receipts
• Perform bank reconciliation and ensure accuracy of financial records
• Assist in monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing
• Prepare financial reports such as Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet
• Manage and ensure compliance with e-Invoicing requirements (LHDN) including issuance, validation, and record keeping
• Liaise with external parties including auditors, tax agents, and bankers
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and accounting standards
Administrative Functions
• Manage daily administrative operations and office documentation
• Maintain proper filing system for accounting and administrative records
• Handle correspondence, emails, and general office coordination
• HR-related tasks such as staff claims, leave tracking, and payroll coordination
• Monitor office supplies and liaise with vendors
