Job Responsibilities:

• Source and develop OEM products, merchandise and retail items.
• Identify and onboard suitable suppliers and business partners.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities.
• Manage product costing, quotations, samples and supplier negotiations.
• Support kiosk, retail and merchandise business development.
• Monitor inventory, sales performance and product profitability.
• Coordinate product launches and promotional activities with internal teams.
• Attend trade shows and supplier meetings to explore new products and partnerships.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Retail Management, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in merchandising, sourcing, retail, category management, procurement, or FMCG-related industries.
• Experience in supplier management, product scoring, or OEM development is an added advantage.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and coordination skills.
• Good commercial awareness with an interest in retail trends and consumer products.
• Proactive, details oriented and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to speak Mandarin to communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking clients/customers.

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
