• Minimum SPM, Diploma, or equivalent qualification.
• Experience in sales, customer service, retail, or gold trading industry is an added advantage.
• Physically fit and capable of performing frequent travelling, especially the ability to travel by vehicle for extended periods without experiencing severe motion sickness or discomfort that may affect work performance.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer handling skills.
• Able to work independently and handle outdoor / field operations.
• Willing to travel and work on-site based on daily assignments.
• Good problem-solving, adaptability, and time management skills.
• Responsible, disciplined, and results-oriented mindset.
• Able to handle pressure and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of gold testing or appraisal is an added advantage.
• Possess a valid driving license and own transport is preferred.

I. Field Operations (Core)

• Provide on-site services to customers, including gold testing, collection, and deal closure.
• Execute daily assignments according to the scheduled plan.
• Ensure all on-site processes are conducted smoothly and in compliance with safety standards.

II. Gold Appraisal Expertise (Key Focus)

• Proficient in using gold testing tools (e.g. density testing methods).
• Perform independent gold evaluation and provide accurate pricing.
• Ensure accuracy in all appraisals, as it directly impacts company profitability.

III. Customer Engagement & Closing Skills

• Build trust and rapport with customers, especially during face-to-face interactions.
• Clearly explain pricing, deductions, and calculation methods.
• Demonstrate strong closing skills to successfully complete transactions on-site.

IV. Route & Time Management

• Plan and optimize travel routes independently for maximum efficiency.
• Manage time effectively to minimize idle time and delays.
• Adapt to unexpected situations such as traffic conditions or schedule changes.

V. Independence & Accountability

• Work independently while seeking support when necessary.
• Take ownership of outcomes, not just task execution.

VI. Adaptability & Flexibility

• Adjust approach and communication style based on customer needs.
• Handle various customer profiles with appropriate communication techniques.
