Diploma / Degree Civil, Architecture and Interior Design
Minimum 1–3 years working experience in construction projects
Able to read and interpret construction drawings
Basic knowledge of construction methods and materials
Good coordination and communication skills
Willing to be based at site and work extended hours if required
岗位职责
Assist Project Manager and Site Manager in planning, coordination and execution of site works
Supervise daily construction activities to ensure compliance with drawings, specifications and approved method statements
Coordinate and monitor subcontractors’ works and site manpower
Prepare and submit shop drawings, method statements, material submissions and technical documents
Monitor site progress, productivity and construction schedule
Conduct site inspections and ensure quality of workmanship meets project requirements
Check levels, alignment, measurements and setting out works
Verify materials delivered to site comply with approved specifications
Identify site technical issues and propose solutions to minimize delays and rework
Attend site meetings and technical coordination meetings
Liaise with consultants, suppliers and subcontractors on technical matters
Prepare daily, weekly and monthly progress reports
Maintain proper site documentation, records and as-built drawings
Ensure site works comply with safety, health and environmental requirements
Assist in testing & commissioning, inspections, defect rectification and project handover
