Objective: Drive organizational growth by creating and managing impactful retail training content. Deliver engaging, interactive sessions using diverse methodologies to inspire learning and performance excellence. Collaborate on new business initiatives that expand SH Retail Academy’s reach and influence in the retail education space.

Mandarin-speaking candidates are strongly encouraged to apply. Fresh graduates with a passion for retail and training are welcome.

• Facilitate engaging and result-driven training sessions using interactive methods such as experiential learning techniques, role-playing, and simulations.

• Optimize selected training and educational content such as webinars, and video testimonials across multiple social media platforms to increase engagement and knowledge retention.

• Training delivery to different audience including corporate executives and frontline employees.

• Support the measurement of training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and post-training support.

• Active involvement in new business opportunities by strategic partnerships and identifying new markets for training programs.
