• Implement Sales and Marketing strategies with the objective of achieving sales targets and providing high level customer satisfaction to continuously position the business unit to be the market leader.
• Proactively grow existing customers as well as to develop new sales opportunities
• Assist in new inquiries – Preparation of Costing, Submission of Quotation and follow-up on the status with prospects
• Identify prospects and evaluate their position in the industry, researching and analyze sales options
• Co-ordinate with customers and respective Factory Department towards their inquiries (new packaging request, new sample, new product and etc.
• Support New Product Development, Tradeshow, Demonstration or any of Company Event such as workshop, training and etc.
• Perform market research and prepare reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information
• Establish contact and develop relationships with prospects, recommending solutions
• Maintain relationships with customers by providing support, information and service improvements
• Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards
• Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
• Willing to travel local and international destination on work assignment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM3,000.00 per month

• Ipoh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• Sales Marketing: 1 year (Preferred)

Language:

• Mandarin (Preferred)
