At least 1 years working experience in related field
Team player with a mature personality and able to work independently under pressure
Customer focus with excellent interpersonal and communication skills and possess the ability to interact with all levels
Language required: English and Bahasa Malaysia
Able to communicate with English averagely
Looking for a stable and permanent job
Details orientated and complete tasks on timely basis with minimal supervision
Able to liaise with different stakeholders within the job scope
岗位职责
Provide general administrative and clerical support including filing, labelling, scanning, faxing and copying
Perform basic data entry
Prepare customer quotation with accurate pricing and product
Prepare and update purchase order, delivery note, sales invoices
Maintaining reports and information required by the management as and when necessary
Assist in resolving any administrative problems
Answer calls from customers regarding their inquiries
Follow up customer collection when necessary
Prepare and modify documents or promotional materials including stickers, correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails
Maintaining proper records of documents
Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
Maintain office supplies for department
Coordinate with daily operations and manage administrative work
