Requirements
Looking for Technical Support Executive with general knowledge of IT.
Conduct onsite support, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
Provide technical training or demo for clients and internal team.
Prepare service reports and documentation.
Work closely with sales and project teams to ensure client satisfaction.
Minimum 2-3 years of working experience in technical support with some of the following systems: Automated systems, personal computer and network technologies & variety of software applications.
Install, configure and maintain document scanners and AV equipment (projectors, video conferencing tools).
Candidate must possess (either one) of Diploma / Degree in Mechanical / Electronic Engineering / Computer Science or equivalent.
Excellent spoken and written in Bahasa Malaysia & English. Mandarin proficiency is an added advantage.
In-depth knowledge of computer hardware, and software.
Self-motivated with proven ability to work independently and good discipline.
Interpersonal, maintaining good relationships with customers, problem-solving skills.
Can work in team & self discipline.
Willing to travel local & overseas
Willing to travel locally & possess own transport (Car).
Able to join immediately.
Full-time position ONLY.

Handling customer technical support cases through onsite, phone & email submission.
To provide technical support, resolve queries and train end users.
To perform weekly & monthly maintenance for customers equipments.
To troubleshoot, diagnose & repair hardware/software problems.
Provide assistance to staff or customers.
Monitoring hardware, software & system performance.
Multitasking
Stay updated on new features, product updates, and related technologies to provide high-quality support.
