Minimum SPM qualification or above.

Minimum 1 year of warehouse experience is preferred.

Able to communicate in English and Mandarin.

Basic computer knowledge.

Experience with SQL Accounting System is an added advantage.

Responsible, trustworthy, and able to work independently.

Positive working attitude and willing to learn.

Punctual and committed to work.

Physically fit and able to handle warehouse duties.

Supervise and oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, picking, packing, and outbound activities.

Receive incoming goods and verify quantities, batch numbers, expiry dates, and product condition.

Ensure accurate stock receiving, stock movement, and documentation in the SQL Accounting System.

Monitor inventory levels and maintain stock accuracy at all times.

Ensure strict compliance with the FEFO (First Expired, First Out) inventory system.

Organize and maintain proper product storage for efficient stock retrieval.

Handle returned, owing, defective, damaged, and expired products according to company procedures.

Prepare and verify customer orders to ensure accurate and timely delivery.

Maintain warehouse cleanliness, safety, and overall organization.

Conduct routine stock checks and assist in periodic stock takes.

Coordinate with the Sales, Customer Service, and Operations teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment.

Identify inventory discrepancies and assist in resolving stock-related issues.

Ensure warehouse SOPs are followed and continuously look for ways to improve warehouse efficiency.

Supervise and guide warehouse assistants (if applicable).

Perform any other warehouse-related duties assigned by the management from time to time.
