• Proficient in Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia (spoken and written). Basic English communication skills will be an added advantage.

• Prior experience in the automotive or commercial vehicle service/repair industry is preferred. Fresh graduates with strong learning potential are encouraged to apply.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a high level of responsibility and customer service orientation.

• Detail-oriented, good with numbers, and proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Able to work under pressure, collaborate effectively within a team, and coordinate with multiple service locations.

Working Hours:

• Monday – Saturday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

• Welcome customers, provide professional consultation, answer enquiries, and maintain accurate customer records.

• Coordinate communication between customers and the workshop, monitor repair progress, and ensure efficient service delivery.

• Prepare repair quotations and clearly explain repair recommendations, costs, and estimated completion timelines to customers.

• Support the procurement of spare parts, inspect received goods, and manage inventory registration.

• Conduct regular inventory stock counts to ensure inventory accuracy and proper spare parts management.

• Liaise with partner workshops to coordinate inter-branch repair services, synchronize information, and maintain strong business relationships.
