Requirements
Qualifications and Years of Experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics or Information Technology, with strong analytical skills in pricing analysis, financial modelling, and data interpretation
Professional certifications in Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Product Management, or Project Management are an advantage
Minimum 2 - 3 years of experience in holiday platforms (OTA), airlines, travel commerce, or digital product management, preferably with exposure to pricing, analytics, or revenue management
Areas of Experience
Experience in OTA/holiday platforms, airlines, or travel commerce, with understanding of booking, pricing, and distribution processes.
Strong background in pricing strategy, fare structures, margin optimization, and revenue management.
Proficient in data analysis, financial modelling, and performance reporting to support decision-making.
Experience in product lifecycle management, including roadmap planning, feature development, system integration, and UAT across front-end and back-end systems
Personality Traits
Analytical and detail-oriented, with strong focus on pricing, margins, and data accuracy.
Responsibilities
Support the planning, development, and enhancement of Holiday products and digital platforms (Journify, MHholidays, and IBE) by defining product roadmaps, feature pipelines, and release schedules in alignment with Travel Services’ business strategy and objectives.
Gather and document business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria, and coordinate end-to-end implementation, including system integration and UAT, to ensure accurate setup of products, pricing, reporting, and operations.
Experience in managing flight and hotel inventory, including pricing and margin analysis to ensure competitiveness, profitability, and alignment with revenue targets, while monitoring performance and optimizing pricing strategies.
Conduct market research, competitor benchmarking, and commercial analysis to identify emerging trends, product gaps, customer needs, and opportunities for product, pricing, and platform enhancements.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Technology, Marketing, Sales, Finance, Operations, Customer Support, Airline Business, and Legal, as well as external vendors and partners, to ensure smooth delivery of product and platform initiatives and timely resolution of dependencies.
Manage and coordinate multiple workstreams and projects by facilitating discussions, tracking deliverables, monitoring timelines, documenting outcomes, and following up on action items to ensure effective execution and governance
