Job Responsibilities:

• Create and implement comprehensive social media plans to grow brand presence on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.
• Design and produce engaging content including images, videos, and copy to promote products, services, or events.
• Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and reviews, fostering positive relationships with the online community.
• Execute paid social media advertising campaigns, including setting budgets, targeting audiences, and analyzing performance.
• Monitor social media performance using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hootsuite, etc.) and provide monthly reports with key insights and recommendations.
• Stay updated on the latest social media trends, platform changes, and emerging technologies to keep the brand relevant.
• Work with the marketing and design teams to ensure consistency in branding and align content with overall marketing goals.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience in managing social media platforms for brands.
• Strong knowledge of social media tools and advertising platforms (Meta Business Suite, TikTok Ads, Google Ads etc.).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
• Familiarity with SEO, web traffic metrics, and social media KPIs.
• Candidates with Graphic Design or Videographer background are encouraged to apply.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Graphic design skills (Photoshop, Canva, etc.) are a plus.
• Experience with influencer marketing or partnerships.
• Familiarity with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Products, Final Cut Pro).
• Experience in property development or real estate marketing is a strong advantage.
